Job Description:

The Customer Service and Lead Manager support a company’s sales team. The position focuses on important administrative tasks, such as fielding inbound phone calls, managing leads and estimate requests, scheduling sales visits, and entering information into the database. This role also provides a point of contact for customers with queries about estimate revisions and work being completed at their home or business. An efficient Customer Service and Lead Manager contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its revenue targets.

Skills:
Strong organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration. Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that work is processed quickly and efficiently while maintaining a warm and helpful phone demeanor. Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, working with customers and team members to ensure information is presented clearly and accurately. The job requires good clerical, computer, and data entry skills, and it should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts, and answer questions.
  • Field inbound estimate requests from subscription services (e.g., Home Adviser, Thumbtack, etc.).
  • Forward calls and requests as appropriate.
  • Schedule estimates.
  • Data entry, including keeping call and lead stats, entering estimates, organizing received information and pricing components, and sending proposals to customers.
  • Contact customers to reschedule estimates if needed.
  • Manage mailers (Thank you, marketing promotions, completed estimates, etc).
  • Post recruiting ads online.
  • Managed received applications, recruiting calls, and interview scheduling.
  • See that all company forms, proposals, work orders and other paperwork are kept up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with meeting planning and scheduling.

Compensation:
$41,600 – $52,000 based on organization skills and experience, Paid Time Off, Shared Health Insurance including Vision and Dental benefits, 401K Match

Job Description:
As delegated by the team leader, painters will have the skills, strength, and perseverance to carry out and complete every task to company standards efficiently, meet the customer’s expectations, and achieve complete satisfaction within the designated production timeframe. The painter must maintain the proper tools, skills, and understanding of painting processes and production times.

Skills:
Must have a clear understanding of job-site safety and protection of customer’s property and be able to perform all tasks involved with completing jobs with the highest degree of craftsmanship. Must have a thorough understanding of products used and application protocols.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Promote our brand through signage and distribution of promotional materials as designated
  • Be warm, professional, and caring with customers, family, neighbors, and stakeholders
  • Properly prepare the work site for painting operations.
  • Prep surfaces are to be painted using company sequencing and procedures according to company standards.
  • Apply paint and materials in a manner that leaves the expected finish and sheen without flaws, without supervision, and exceeding company production times.
  • Complete all tasks as directed by the Team Leader to company standards
  • Assist Team Leader and associates in monitoring and inspecting work.
  • Clean up and sweep the worksite at the end of each day and the end of the project.
  • Replace all components and customer belongings in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Label left-over custom color materials and place them in the designated customer storage area.
  • Maintain a complete set of production hand tools.

Compensation:
$41,600 – $52,000 based on experience, skills, and speed, plus a performance bonus based on the profitability of the project. Paid Time Off, Shared Health Insurance including Vision and Dental benefits, 401K Match
