Charming 1920’s Grosse Pointe Farms Home Renovation

This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a classic 1920’s bungalow-style home in Grosse Pointe Farms. The focus was on transforming the kitchen, pantry, basement stairway, and second-floor stairway with a combination of new cabinetry, fresh paint, and updated surfaces. Our team provided a full suite of interior remodeling services to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a warm and inviting space that respects the home’s historic charm while adding modern conveniences.

The scope of work included:

• Replacing two cabinet boxes and installing new doors and drawers
• Spraying new cabinet doors and drawers for a smooth, professional finish
• Installing soft-close hinges and drawer slides for ease of use
• Painting the kitchen, pantry, basement stairway, and second-floor stairway with durable, stylish finishes
• Upgrading surfaces with new countertops and backsplash
• Painting walls with Sherwin Williams Sagey in emerald matte, and ceilings and trim with standard whites

All tasks were completed within a three-week timeline, ensuring minimal disruption to the household.
